 The Process

 

  1. After your home is listed and the marketing program has begun, Complete Realty, LLC will call you for all showing dates and times.  If you have any questions during this time, please call 810 744 4600, we will be happy to assist and answer your questions.  After the showing, feedback will be requested from the agent showing the homes, then provided to the seller when received.

 

  1. When an offer arrives, Complete Realty, LLC will talk to you about the offer, prepare a financial statement, understand your feelings then, deliver and negotiate terms with the purchasing party.

 

  1. At the time sellers and purchasers are in total agreement, a contract is executed (signed).  

 

  1. After the contract is executed,  Complete Realty, LLC will make sure the terms of the contract and Michigan Laws are followed.
    1. Complete Realty, LLC will order test and inspections as contract specifies (examples, appraisal, well test, home inspection, ECT...).
    2. Complete Realty, LLC will order title work from First American Title Company, unless other arrangements have been made.
    3. During this time, the purchaser is getting the final information to the Lender.  Complete Realty, LLC will be in contact with the lender to assure every detail is followed.

  1. After all items in 4 are completed; we will set a closing date.  The closing will usually be held at                                First American Title in Gateway Centre 810 342 7500

                Complete Realty, LLC will be with you at the closing.

            a. Please bring with you, all parties involved in the transaction, Spouse, Partners,

                ECT and you´re Michigan Identification.

            b. The process at the title company is as follows:

                1.  Each party signs the documents.

                2.  The title company must fax information to the lender. 
                3.  Monies will be disbursed with in 1-2 hours, lender must verify documents.
